Greetings! Thanks for being here.

I'm a theatre actor, director, writer, producer, and student at the University of Minnesota. Recent and upcoming projects include a research grant to study the pregnant body in the world of Shakespeare, a summer as a member of Santa Cruz Shakespeare's acting company, and a new play about the oldest thing ever (birth. See details above).

Interests (as a theatre maker):

Representations of childbirth onstage. Public dreams, private myths. Elegant cacophonies. Holes in history. Shakespeare & heightened text. Intimacy direction. Staging the impossible. The tragic ingenue archetype.

Words I cherish that have been used to describe my work:

Precision. Joy-giver. Avenging angel. Heart-first. Siren-voiced. Enchanting. A force, difficult to define and quantify. The magic was there.
